customer manual, we have also developed an online
communications center for our customers. Schantz
Homes, Inc. uses the features of “My SchantzHome” to
enhance our clients’ interaction and experience
while building a home. “My SchantzHome” is
a web based collaborative project management and
communication tool. It integrates project
scheduling, change order tracking/approval, task
list and builder-client communication into one
platform.
