A Legacy of Innovation, Leadership and Professionalism
The year was 1946. Company founder
Frank Schantz had a dream to build
the kind of homes that people really wanted at a
price they could afford.
That dream endures today.
Today, over 60 years and 4,000 homes later, John J. Schantz, Jr. and Stephen Schantz are third-generation builders who continue to define the Schantz Homes, Inc. standards of quality craftsmanship.
Both John and Steve have continued the family tradition of leadership and
professionalism begun by Frank Schantz. Frank was past president of the Rochester
Home Builders Association (RHBA) and a Life Director of the National Association
of Home Builders (NAHB). John Schantz, Sr. was past president of the Rochester
and New York State Home Builders Associations. John Schantz, Jr. is past
president of the RHBA, member of the NAHB 50+ Housing Council and a member
of the NAHB Builder Twenty Club #38 Master
Builder Council. John and Steve have both achieved the Certified Graduate Builder
designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
Along the way, homeowners have benefited from Schantz Homes, Inc.'s knowledge, innovative design and construction techniques that protect their investment, increase their home's resale value, and enhance the pride of ownership.
